Varmint Al's Eclectic Web Pages This site is a virtual cornucopia of predator techniques, tips, stories, and many other resources. The fact that the Varmint Al's website places in the top ten organic search results on Google for predator related keywords consistently, is testament to the value of the information on this site. Not only are there predator hunting pages, but several other fascinating topics unrelated to predators from Ham radio to backpacking. Lots of interesting reading here. Sceery Game Calls Most of the world use open reed calls, I blow mostly closed reed and Sceery's call are the reason why. I consistently kill predators using them. Bill Marchel: Nature's Finest Photography This man handles a camera around animals the way Fred Bear handled a bow. I don't believe he has an equal when it comes to nature & wildlife photography. I purchased an enlargement of a fox in a snowy field from him after seeing it on a magazine cover years ago. It is spectacular and draws many compliments from guests. He has over 80,000 photos in his library and many great predator shots. And he's a hunter too. Peruse his galleries. They'll leave you breathless. Cooper Arms of Montana Maker of the last two rifles I have owned... a .17 Javelina and a Tactical .20 These rifles are incredible and the best production rifle in the world for my money. The Woodchuck Den A small but excellent on-line specialty shop dealing with all things small bore. Here you can find reloading dies, manuals, reference books, handmade bullets, the list goes on and on. FoxPro Electronic Game Calls I have watched this company over the past decade and have been constantly amazed at their ingenuity of design and manufacturing. They make the coolest units out there and no one will argue at their effectiveness. |
